PRICING

I have done my prices on that all carpets are hoovered thoroughly prior to clean. All furniture that needs to be moved, is moved.

All deep generic cleans with minimum stain/marking are of a minimum price.

Heavily stained carpet/upholstery with pet staining/blood/wee/food/paint are not covered in a generic clean and can incur extra costs to rectify if possible.

FURNITURE MOVING

I am fully insured, for the cleaning of carpet/upholstery but not for the moving of any furniture.

CONTROL of PETS

Due to an incident with a pet dog, can we ask that pets be placed in another room before opening the front door to Ash Carpet Upholstery operative and the pets are kept away during the clean until we have gone.

BOOKING

Bookings made over £40 will require a deposit. Deposit will be returned if the clean is cancelled 4 to 10 days prior. If clean is cancelled within 72hrs deposit is nonrefundable.

If booking is rearranged with deposit and cancelled again deposit is nonrefundable

END OF TENANCY CLEANS

Receipts are always given, and only given over when payments are either cash or if payments made via BACs and have cleared in my bank.

PAYMENTS

Payment is expected after the clean, and on the day please. Payments can be made by cash BACs and credit/visa cards.

QUOTATIONS

Quotations are valid for 28 days only. Thereafter a new quotation is needed.

NOTE: Upon conformation of booking, the terms & conditions becomes active.

DISCLAIMER

Customers of Ash Carpet Upholstery Cleaners have 48hrs after any cleaning that has been completed to notify Ash Carpet Upholstery Cleaners of any faulty cleaning that may have occurred.

Ash Carpet Upholstery Cleaners does not accept any liability of any damage caused by customer’s attempts to self-clean stained/marked carpet/rug and upholstery themselves.

Ash Carpet Upholstery cleaners do not accept any liability of any damage caused by customer not informing cleaning operator of self-attempt clean, and what chemical(s) were used.
