TERMS & CONDITIONS PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT.

PRICING
I have done my prices on that all carpets are hoovered prior to my arrival to do the clean; and that all furniture that needs to be moved is moved.

FURNITURE MOVING
My business insurance only covers the cleaning of carpets/rugs and upholstery, and not the movement of any furniture or any injury to me whilst moving said furniture.

CONTROL OF PETS

Upon attending your property to clean whatever, can we ask that dogs are kept in another room before opening the front door.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings made for £40 or above will require a deposit to complete booking confirmation. No deposit paid then no booking conformation, and booking will be offered to someone else. Deposits can only be made by bank transfer. When the booking is made you will not hear from us till the day of the clean when we knock on the door or ring the bell. So remember the booking you made with us, as we do not take responsibility for you not remembering. That’s down to you.

CANCELLATION(s) TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the event that you cancel your booking with Ash Carpet Upholstery Cleaners, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:-
If a confirmed booking is canceled 72 hours or within 3 days prior, or on the day of the booking appointment your deposit will be lost.
A £20 cancellation fee is billed to the bookie if a deposit has not been paid.
If a cleaning booking is made and is needed to be rearranged 72 hours or within 3 days prior to the booking time, a deposit will be asked to rebook.
The deposit will be lost if Ash Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners attend the property at the agreed booking time, and the bookie is not in attendance
at the time of the booking.
When the booking is made you will not hear from us till the day of the clean when we knock on the door or ring the bell.
So remember the booking you made with us, as we do not take responsibility for you not remembering. That’s down to you.

COVID CANCELLATIONS

Bookings canceled due to covid so say positive test to any family member(s) of same household of where cleaning of whatever due to take place, will still carry a cancellation fee (min cleaning charge £20), or loss of deposit if canceled 72hrs before or within of booking time given.

END OF TENANCY CARPET CLEAN
Receipts are always given, and only given over when payment (if paying by bank transfer) has cleared.

DISCLAIMER
Customers of Ash Carpet Upholstery Cleaners have 48hrs after any cleaning that has been completed to notify Ash Carpet Upholstery Cleaners of any faulty cleaning that may have occurred.
Ash Carpet Upholstery Cleaners does not accept any liability of any damage caused by customers’ attempt to clean stained/marked carpet/rug and upholstery themselves.
Ash Carpet Upholstery cleaners do not accept any liability of any damage caused by customer not informing cleaning operator of self attempt clean, and what chemical(s)
were used.
Payment of Cleaned Items
Payment is expected on the day after cleaning whatever is completed. 8% is added if payment is not paid after 7 days, and 8% weekly thereafter.
